Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled algorithmic and data analysis Engineer to join our system engineering team. This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and implementing algorithms for complex systems while leveraging data analysis to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in algorithm development, statistical analysis, and system modeling to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop algorithms for system performance analysis, optimization, signal processing, and predictive analytics
Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and improve system operations
Implement and validate algorithmic models through simulations and real-world testing
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and automation
Work closely with the system engineers and cross-functional teams, including physics, mechanics, computer vision, ML and software teams, to integrate algorithms into production systems
Evaluate and improve existing algorithms to optimize accuracy, speed, and computational efficiency
Create comprehensive documentation for algorithms, methodologies, and analysis reports
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in signal processing, algo development and/or data analysis
Proficiency with analysis & simulation tools in Python
Strong understanding of signals from various sources
Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
Experience in biological signal analysis - advantage
Experience with electro-optical sensors - advantage
M.Sc. or Ph.D. experience in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics – advantage
