We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join and lead our IT DevOps team. This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, ensuring that our CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, IT infrastructure, and IT workflows meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will manage a team of DevOps engineers while also actively contributing to architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, ensuring project deadlines are met
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps and IT automation best practices
Drive process improvements and adopt new tools/technologies to enhance DevOps and IT efficiency
Ensure the quality and maintainability of automation scripts, configurations, and infrastructure code
Act as the go-to expert for complex DevOps and IT automation challenges
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and high-quality software delivery
Design and implement automation solutions for software delivery, infrastructure management, and IT workflows
Automate IT processes, including user provisioning, system monitoring, incident response, and cloud resource management
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to manage and improve infrastructure
Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
Monitor and improve system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
Implement and enforce security best practices within CI/CD and cloud environments
Collaborate with R&D and IT teams to improve DevOps and IT automation workflow
5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes & Docker for container orchestration
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
Experience automating IT processes such as user lifecycle management, IT asset management, and security compliance
Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and system reliability
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
