Industrial Designer

Job Description:

We seek a creative and technically minded Industrial Designer to lead the design of our next-generation consumer electronic device.
You will shape how users experience our technology - balancing form, function, and emotion across acoustics, ergonomics, and materials. You’ll work closely with mechanical, electronics, and product teams to translate deep engineering innovation into elegant, manufacturable products that feel intuitive and human.

**The position is fully onsite**

Responsibilities: 

• Own the industrial design process from concept to production, defining the product’s physical identity, proportions, and design language

• Develop and refine concepts, sketches, 3D models, and physical prototypes, bridging creative exploration with engineering reality

• Integrate acoustic, ergonomic, and human-device interaction considerations into every stage of the design

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and product teams to ensure design intent and manufacturability are aligned throughout development

• Define and apply CMF strategies.

• Participate in user studies and rapid iteration cycles to validate comfort, fit, and interaction experience

• Partner with vendors to review DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and production tooling to ensure premium visual and tactile quality

Qualifications:

• B.Des / M.Des in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer electronics or multidisciplinary products from concept to production

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization (SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, or equivalent)

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for visualization and presentation of design intent - Advantage

• Proven hands-on experience with model-making, 3D printing, and prototyping tools

  Solid understanding of ergonomics, acoustics integration, and human–device interaction

• Knowledge of CMF, DFM, and small-form-factor plastic and metal fabrication processes

• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating aesthetics, function, and manufacturing readiness

• Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary R&D environment
