Experienced Experimental Physicist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced experimental physicist who likes fast pace transitioning between science and application. The main mission has never been done before, and we want to develop the technology to implement it in a product for the general consumer. As a member of the physics team, you will drive technological decisions and work closely with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the needed system characteristics, leading to a robust implementation of the technology

• Be responsible for cutting edge experiments, providing clear tangible results 

• Study alternative technologies to find the ideal technology for our product

• Anticipate potential risks, proactively troubleshoot system-level issues, and implement effective solutions

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvements

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align system development with overall product goals

Qualifications:

• PhD in Physics or Electronics Engineering

• Proven experience in electrooptical systems-must

• Experience in acousto-optical systems- advantage

• Knowledge in control systems- advantage

• Background in signal processing-advantage

• 5+ years of experience with proven success in high level research lead

• Proven expertise in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization

• Extensive experience with experimental work

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to work in close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver technical excellence and real impact.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while prioritizing effectively
